Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and accessories, to be eligible.


3. Return Process

    • Payment proof

    • Reason for return

    • Supporting photos or videos (if available)

  2. Our team will review your request. If approved, we will notify you using your contact information and provide the return address.

  3. You need to send the item back to the designated address and wait for it to arrive.

  4. Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to verify the reported issue. If the inspection confirms the issue, we will process the refund.

4. Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service via email or phone to request an exchange and provide:

    • Order number

    • Payment proof

    • Reason for exchange

    • Supporting photos or videos (if available)

  2. Our team will review your request. If approved, we will notify you using your contact information and provide the return address.

  3. Send the item back to the designated address and wait for us to receive it.

  4. Once received, we will inspect the item. If approved, a replacement item will be shipped to your address within 1–3 business days.

5. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase (Visa or MasterCard).

  • Refund Time: Depending on the bank’s processing speed, refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days.

6. Cost Rules

  1. For items with appearance defects, quality issues, odor problems, severe color differences, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  2. For returns or exchanges without a specific reason, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


7. Responsibility Statement

  1. Order and Item Status – Returns and exchanges are processed based on actual order status and item inspection. Customers are not responsible for internal processing times.

  2. External Factors – Delays from banks, payment processors, or shipping services are beyond the customer’s control.

  3. Good-Faith Requests – All requests are considered in good faith and reviewed reasonably rather than automatically rejected.
